Downtown Parking

The overnight fee for Downtown Parking is $5 per vehicle

(Complimentary with ACTIVITY PASS)

Arrival Procedure

  1. As you arrive at the Hotel and prior to parking pull into the yellow loading zone curb. *If there isn’t any available space to park in the loading zone, you may proceed to the hotel parking lot (see video below) and either receive a parking pass from the parking lot attendant or use the welcome center phone to call the hotel shuttle for pick up.
  2. Hold your car at the curb and come inside the lobby to register.
  3. Return to your vehicle to unload luggage with the optional use of the bell staff.
  4. Take your luggage to your guest room, you have 10 Minutes at the loading zone.
  5. Return to your car, proceed to the hotel parking area, and use the welcome center phone for hotel shuttle pick up to bring you back to the hotel.

EV Charge Stations

The historic Basin Park Hotel has placed four ChargePoint CT400 stations in their parking lot located at 101 North Main Street. Charging is available for both overnight guests of the Crescent & Basin Park Hotels and visitors of Eureka Springs.

Basin Park Hotel overnight guests simply request ChargePoint Access from the front desk. Guests of the Basin may use the hotel shuttle to pick them up at the ChargePoint location downtown.

Guests parked after 7 PM can leave their vehicle in place until the next morning.

Non-guests may use the stations via the ChargePoint App. These Level 2 ChargePoint stations will have a slight fee of $5.00 per hour (limited to two hours of charging). After that two hours, normal parking fees will apply for non-guests.
